Joining the Merton Family 

Thank you for your interest in a place at Merton Pre-School. This is the first step in getting your child started with us. Please contact us to arrange a visit on 01256 353100 or email Laura on mertonpresch@gmail.com  

At your visit, you will be given a registration form. If you are interested in a place, you can complete the form and return to Pre-School, along with your registration fee of £15.00. 

At least 4 weeks before your requested start date, we will contact you to offer you a place. If we are unable to offer our minimum sessions of 2x 3 hours, we will contact you, to offer you a refund of your registration fee. If you decide not to take the offered sessions, you will not be refunded your registration fee. 

Once you have accepted your place, your child's key -person will contact you to arrange visits. You will be offered a minimum of 5 session's before your child starts. These visits will be lead by your child, and will start with a visit to the setting, with your child and you will stay with them. The first visit, is an 'all about me' visit, where we want to get to know your child and your family. Prior to covid, we would hold this first visit in your home. Further visits, will range from 30 mins- 2 hours, but will be guided by your child.
